Spoke 3 Dissemination and Exploitation Workshop | Wireless Networks and Technologies
On 20 November 2025, the final event of Spoke 3 – Wireless Networks and Technologies of RESTART, coordinated by Professor Umberto Spagnolini, was held in the De Donato Auditorium at Politecnico di Milano. The Spoke, dedicated to the design of new network architectures for smart radio environments and to the development of high-frequency technologies and components, includes the structural projects MINDS DREAM and 6GWINET, as well as the focused projects T-NEXT and R4R.
The morning session of the event was devoted to presenting the results of the projects, covering a wide range of topics such as innovative radio technologies for 6G, connectivity for V2X and drones, network models in large-scale environments, solutions for resilient networks, THz photodetectors based on two-dimensional materials, and unconventional solutions for array synthesis.

In the afternoon, a session dedicated to the industrial vision of 6G was held, featuring contributions from various industry representatives, followed by presentations of the Proofs of Concept developed within the Spoke 3 projects. The day concluded with a visit to the WISYNET RESTART laboratories.
